Shipping Policies

We value your business and will make every effort to ship the way you want your order shipped. However, experience has shown us that USPS offers the broadest single-price delivery area (i.e., all 50 states), the quickest service, rarely seems to damage a package, has excellent tracking and alert service, and their charges reflect that overall value. We've chosen just two USPS services, Priority and ExpressMail, which together cover a 1-3 day guaranteed delivery period. Here are a few other points to remember about these two plans:

• All orders $50 or greater include insurance
• All orders are trackable, and you will receive emailed alerts from USPS as they are issued
• Orders up to $100 can have the signature waived if you so instruct us in a notes area of your order
• Any order over $100 must bear an adult signature on delivery without exception
• Orders of $2,000 or more should choose ExpressMail; it's not only FASTER, but less expensive on that price level
• We do not charge handling fees, although shipping is taxed for Michigan customers
• We show a few items in our catalog that will incur (or include) an additional charge on top of the selected shipping charge, due to its size or weight. Those items will be marked with a checkmark ( √ ) symbol at the end of the product description, along with a note.
