A stunning 12x12mm genuine royal purple amethyst in a masterful heart cut occupies the center of this fantastic, elegant ring, surrounded by approximately .17cttw white diamonds (32x I1/GH), and mounted in a beautiful vintage style scroll mounting made of solid 14K white gold! Who wouldn't fall in love all over again?
TREATMENT: Amethyst is typically heat treated to increase the depth of color. The diamonds are all natural, untreated, white diamonds.
CARE: Amethyst is a relatively hard gemstone, making it an ideal gem for everyday wear. However, avoid sudden, extreme temperature changes as this may cause thermal shock and cracking. Clean both the amethyst and diamonds in either ultrasonic or ionic cleaners, or with soft small brush and mild detergent in warm water, or by using one of the fine jewelry cleaners featured on this site.
